Make raisins at home

Raisins are spread on top when paesh or semai is cooked. It is a beneficial ingredient for health. Raisins are basically the dried form of grapes. This fruit is called the king of dry fruits.

This golden brown dry fruit is more or less loved by everyone. Raisins bought from the market may contain dust, which may be produced in unsanitary conditions. But you can make it at home if you want-

Whatever it takes-

1 kg long shaped grapes, enough water

How to make-

Boil water in a pan. When the water boils, boil the grapes in the water. When the grapes rise above the water and burst to one side, you will know that they are cooked. Now take it down and drain the water.

 

Now take a grate and spread cotton cloth on it. Spread the grapes over it. Keep it in the sun for 2 to 3 days. Healthy raisins will be made only after drying. Store in clean glass jars.

Instead of buying unhealthy raisins in the market, from now on, make this useful dry fruit yourself.
