The only reason women gain weight is 6 hormones!

Many hormones are the sole cause of weight gain in women. It contains 6 hormones which are responsible for excess fat formation and weight gain in the hips, waist, abdomen, arms and other places.

These hormonal problems cause sudden mood swings, increased food cravings and in most cases weight gain in women.

A recent study found that these are associated with premenstrual syndrome, pregnancy, menopause or daily stress.

Research has also shown that food cravings, weight loss, metabolism and female hormones are interconnected. Therefore, hormones have a major impact on women’s biological cycles and daily life.

Let’s know which hormones increase the weight of women.

(1) Cortisol hormone: This type of hormone is also called stress hormone. When women are under a lot of stress, the cortisol hormone increases appetite. As a result, food intake increases. It increases body weight. So whenever the stress increases, instead of relying on food, try to deal with it in other ways. Walk for a while, stand in the open air if possible and cool yourself down.

(2) Testosterone hormone: Many women suffer from polycystic ovarian syndrome. Symptoms of this disease include excessive weight gain, unwanted facial hair growth, and excessive muscle stiffness. These are due to increased levels of testosterone hormone. But it is possible to deal with this problem through proper diet and lifestyle.

(3) Estrogen hormone: This is one of the many hormones responsible for weight gain in women. Estrogen hormone levels decrease during menopause in women. As a result, they gain weight. Especially the fat around the stomach increases.

(4) Insulin hormone: High level of insulin hormone in women’s body is one of the reasons for their weight gain. Because insulin is responsible for regulating sugar and fat in the body.

(5) Progesterone hormone: Another hormone that helps women gain weight is progesterone hormone. This hormone also starts to decrease when women go through menopause. As a result, the tendency of the body to retain water increases and the body weight also increases.

(6) Thyroid hormones: If a woman suffers from hypothyroidism, the result will be weight gain. You will also feel tired, the skin will become dry and constipation may also occur. However, it is possible to get better if treated to deal with this problem.
