Frequent hunger pangs throughout the day, know the reason

Those who are health conscious have to follow various rules starting from the food list. To stay healthy, the food list should be healthy. Physical exertion is also required.

Also, to stay healthy and keep weight under control, dinner should always be eaten before 8 pm. Avoid taking any heavy food after 8 pm. In addition, after evening, we take various kinds of food or drink which is not recommended at all. Rather harmful to our health. Let’s know what to prevent yourself from eating after sundhya-

1. After evening, avoid tea, coffee, food rich in oil. This will harm the body. Heavy meals in the evening lead to weight gain. Besides, drinking tea and coffee does not lead to proper night sleep which is harmful to health.

2. Avoid eating fatty foods like pizza, burgers, pasta, chicken fries, etc. in the evening.

3. Foods like cakes, cookies, sponge cakes are not healthy. The less they are eaten, the better. Avoid eating such foods especially after evening and before going to sleep at night.

4. Avoid soft drinks. It increases weight which is harmful to the body.

5. Stop drinking cold water. Cold water stores fat in the body and inhibits fat burning.
