Eat at least one egg a day to stay healthy, new researchers claim

Eggs—loved by many, eaten less by some. But many are afraid of eating eggs every day! Especially during hot or rainy season. However, several studies have emphasized on eating at least one egg per day to overcome problems such as malnutrition, anemia and diabetes.

Malnutrition and anemia are the most common problems among women and children. Keeping in mind the balanced nutritional diet of a large number of diabetic patients, scientists are talking about keeping chicken eggs in their diet.

Each egg contains energy 143 calories, carbohydrates 0.72 grams, protein 12.56 grams, fat 9.51 grams. Besides, there is 198 mg of phosphorus, 138 mg of potassium, 1.29 mg of zinc. All these together increase the nutritional value of eggs.

The egg white contains this protein and the yolk contains good fats, iron and vitamins. Eggs are very effective in the physical growth, strengthening of bones and intellectual development of children. Eggs contain vitamin A, which improves eyesight. And vitamin D in yolk is good for bones.

Therefore, most dieticians recommend eating one egg every morning. Many people discard the yolk and eat the white part. But you can eat at least 2 whole eggs a day. There is no problem if you eat more eggs and eat only the white part.

The more eggs are fried, the more nutrients they lose. So eat egg poach or half boiled. If necessary, you can also eat full-boiled eggs. But egg omelet once a week.
