Various studies have shown that if the resting heart rate is 100 or more, the risk of heart disease such as an infection or arrhythmia is very high. If this resting heart rate is high in the male body, the risk of death is high. So be careful about it.

When the heart beats at its maximum capacity, it is called aerobic capacity. Usually people who play sports or do heavy work and exercise have such aerobic capacity.
