-There is no fixed time for exercise. Yoga can be done at any time. But never do yoga with food. Exercise at least three hours after eating. Don’t do yoga after drinking anything. There is no benefit in it.
– Pay attention to the age of children. Teach your child to exercise after five years of age.
-Whatever exercise you do, start with a little stretching. Otherwise, muscle injury may occur.
-Do some light exercise for the first five minutes. If you experience any shortness of breath or pain while exercising, stop exercising immediately.
– Breathe normally while exercising. But stay in rhythm as required by the exercise regimen.

-Exercise in loose clothing. It will not cause any physical pain to you.
-Exercise in the morning on an empty stomach. Because exercise should not be done on a full stomach. Also, exercising on a full stomach will do you no good.

-Keep your eyes closed while sitting. You can enjoy a peace of mind.
– Due to the pressure of work, many people cannot exercise for a long time. So do some light exercise. So that you can stay healthy.
– Do some free hand exercises at home. It will take very little time. Don’t sit and walk during your free time.
-Do stretching exercises at intervals. It improves blood circulation.
– Jogging is very good exercise. You can jog in the garden in the morning or in the afternoon. But while doing yoga, the surrounding environment should be calm.
-Can do push ups. This exercise increases muscle strength.
-Turn the shoulders, arms, legs, waist for five minutes. Blood circulation will be good. Also you will get energy to work all day.
Proper posture also gives you the benefits of exercise. Many times sitting on a chair or tool for a long time causes back pain. And when you do office work from home, even sitting in one way causes back and shoulder pain. From now on, sit on an exercise ball instead of a tool or a chair. Here you can work on computer or laptop. You can watch any interesting TV program. It is also possible to reduce your weight. In fact, laughing reduces a lot of calories in your body. So watch a funny movie or TV program every now and then.

Such as- Dhyana, Anulom-Birom, Kapalbhati, Pavanamuktasana, Bhujangasana, Vajrasana, Ardhachakrasana etc. But do not forget to take expert advice. Try to walk for 45 minutes every morning. People who have a regular morning walk habit keep their weight under control. Morning walk helps in increasing blood circulation in our body. So avoid doing difficult things like dieting and walk regularly every morning.
